RULES FOR THE USE OF LOOPS AND GROUPS
• A loop may not overlap a group of elements and vice versa. Trying to do so
would provide an error message.
• A loop may enclose one or several groups of elements. Note that
o the first element of the loop may be the first element of the group of
elements
and/or
o the last element of the loop may be the last element of the group of
elements
• A group of elements may enclose one or several loops.
o the first element of the loop may be the first element of the group of
elements
and/or
o the last element of the loop may be the last element of the group of
elements
• If the playlist elements selected to perform an action on a loop include a group
line, all the elements of the group will be selected, would the group have been
expanded or collapsed.
Group inside a Partial Loop
In case the first element of the group corresponds to the first element of the
partial loop, the staple starts on the group line.
Partial Loop inside a Group
When a group includes a partial loop, the staple will be displayed differently
depending on whether the group is expanded or collapsed:
• When the group is expanded, the staple will be displayed besides the elements
of the partial loop, as usual, without including the group line
