11.2.2 CREATING A USER

To create user, complete the following fields and then click on the Apply button.

The user name is added to the list on the left side of the window.

Field Description

Check Locked Enables to check active users, i.e. users associated to

existing media, projects, edits, clips or playlists.

Account Enabled Allows to enable or disable the selected account.

First Name First Name of the new user.

Last Name Last Name of the new user.

Password Password attributed to the new user account.

User Origin See section 11.3 ‘Origin Manager’ on page 132.

Description Optional text to describe the user.

User Level Level of user rights defined for each application of the

Xedio Suite. Only three levels exist: No Access, User

and Admin. The Admin level gives access to the Xedio

Manager.

Parameter Profile The parameters profiles can be set for each application in

the Software > Parameters Profiles

category of Xedio

Manager.

When no parameter profile has been defined for an

application, the default profile is used.

11.2.3 POSSIBLE ACTIONS WITH CONTEXTUAL MENU

A contextual menu is available when you select a user in the list and then right-

click:

Delete Delete the user from the database.
